Patient Accounts

How do I get a patient account?

When your doctor creates a patient account in MDBug, you will be emailed a username and password.

Once you get an email, log into MDBug to see your medical records and labs and communicate with the clinic.

However, the email will be sent to you provided the clinic created your patient account with the following items:

  • Correct date of birth
  • Correct SSN
  • Correct email address

All three items must be entered correctly by the clinic.

If a single item is incorrect you will have to contact the clinic to verify or correct the information.

I am having trouble accessing my account?

If you received an email stating your doctor created a new patient record in MDBug, then you are ready to login.

The email contains your username and password. Click here to log into your patient account. Log In »

If you deleted the email containing your username and password or are not sure if you have an account, then you can get your username and password emailed to you if you have an account. Look Up »

Only your MDBug Physician can create a patient account for you.

If you did not receive an email and you know an account was created, contact your clinic and verify the SSN, date of birth, and email address.
